My girlfriend doesn’t work. And after she gets pregnant she has to stay with the baby for the first 4 years. She light work after that but for now she is not working and we are planning to get pregnant this year so my income will be the only income for a few years if not forever. She lives in California and I live in a different country. Can we live in california with my income alone? Without being poor.

I have 60 thousand in my bank currently. I earn 150k per year sometimes more, but that’s before taxes. After taxes I take home about 94-98k
