No problem with public speaking or any other formal or casual type of business situation. But, I do not like to be the center of attention in a social situation, unless It's with people I know very well. It makes me very self conscious and I want to fade away into the background.

I agree with the @DrPepper12 small talk with new folks aren't easy for me, even if I perfectly understand the necessity due to the norms of integration, masks to wear blablabla, there is still this awkwardness when engaging in small talk. It's like being forced to look at the finger when the finger points to the moon ! Quoting Bruce.
