I think since the beginning of language the under privilege always strive for higher speaking abilities. From Shakespeare to modern rap a strong vocabulary and speaking voice can get you a long way.

For a long time it was also held hostage till the Bible was able to be mass produced in a printing press. Fucking churches robbing communitys blind till they could read the text and read about Jesus warning people about them. Turning the house of warship into a den of thief's.

So as much as people flock and gathering around the handfull who fully embracing the English language and pushing the limits are black I still think overall disparity of money to schools is hurting overall numbers.

If property tax was a giant pool nationality we would be the top nationality on every front of education. From there crime wouldn't be in single digits. Welfare nothing.
