It’s just a personal observation or opinion of mine but I personally feel that some minorities who are more likely to face discrimination by others usually are more inclined to use it to their own advantage. For example, if a white person is rude to another individual or says something wrong they are immediately penalised and labeled as “racist” even at times it was not the case or there was exaggeration on part of the other party. But if people from minority groups are actually rude to white people it is not really acknowledged or seen as rude since they feel they are at disadvantage anyway. But then how does this help to overcome discrimination at all? Because while minority groups might get the respect they’d like you are still spreading inequality

That is actually usable by every group except straight white men
Other races and some women too can use this gaslighting
When something goes against their will , just pull out the race or gender card and accuse us for being "Sexist" or "Racist"
I agree with everything except maybe the gender part. I have been subject to rude behaviour by men from minority groups and they just seem to get away with it because they play the victim part. For instance, I complained about the behaviour of pupils in class (since they were having a direct impact on my learning experience by speaking in their mother tongue which was not allowed). The reaction I got from the teacher was that it is better to respect different cultures and how they learn. Now if it was the other way around nobody would defend my case and argue that I would be disrupting the class 🤷🏻♀️ so basically being a white woman makes you look spoiled and they don’t take you seriously because they conform to their own racial groups
Some weirdos see white people bad and racist by default.. and even some white people hate themselves for that (Called white guilt) and it's honestly cringe
Gender part is relevant too in some cases , just like how you were called somewhat a racist for pointing out a bad behavior, there some women call a man sexist for not playing along
All of these regardless of gender are quite frustrating though.. they cover their faults by accusing us
I was once called a facist , racist and what not for pointing out a real data that showed how Black people commit the most crimes in USA.. I was just stating facts though))
lol yeah I have been there. I made a subtle comment about a biscuit brand that contained that specific word and my then friend went ballistic on me although I told her several times that it was not my intention to insult anyone. She then told our mutual friends and stopped talking to me for one month, later to realize she made a big fuss and tried to make up but I denied her.
Another general experience I had while living in a French-speaking environment is that people of that race tend to look down on others who only speak English. So they think that because of their race and ability to speak French they could be rude to foreigners. They would not like the way I put my clothes on the hanger in dressing rooms which most people don’t by the way so I was just trying to be nice.
I’m sure you also have experiences related to your gender as well. Please feel welcome to share more if you’d like.
You summed it up pretty well.
Gee, Ya think?
