Why are minority groups often seen as naughty when they stick up for themselves when it wouldn't be seen as wrong for the majority group to stand up?

for themselves?
im not saying black people are always victims or white people can't be victims of racism or disrespect but lets look at it fairly.
like a double standard.

a black person tells a white person "stop being sucha bitch" he gets in trouble

a white person tells a black person "your such a bitch" he won't get in trouble

a black person stands up for himself in a nice humble way, the white person talks over him and is edgy rude or edgy irritated or edgy stringent and the black person is seen as naughty for it.

but if a white person stood up for hiimself in a similar situation, he would get praise.

im not saying its like this all the time but if you look at it you'll see there is discrepancies in how both are treated

like black girl defending herself from a bully may be seen as crazy ghetto girl with a chip on her shuolder and unfairly judged

Autistic people as well. There special needs teachers, parents, and even counselors may tell them that its innapropiate to show there anger in a certain way or tell them to not get mad at disrespect if it because the other person think there being innparopaite, didtn see, or is frustrated even if the other person has no justified reason to be frustrated

and that sticking up for themselves is wrong in a justifiable and necessary situation and that its innapropiate and that while they had good i
