Well, republican ran states take the most welfare and Republicans are scammers. But the causality driving this doesn't tend to be what people think.

Neither. Most welfare states are in more homogenous societies. You just say that because you don’t have one. At least, not a very good one.

I think the illegal Haitians living in my towns, hotels receiving 2 meals a day, food stamps, and $600 are all scammers. Less than 10% speak English and they have tons of children in a community with no Haitian community, our teachers don't speak Creole.

So yes, this among many anecdotes I've experienced first hand shapes my view of any government welfare state or federal in the USA specifically.
