If you could start a country from scratch, what would it be like? what rules would you set?

Everyone is allowed a certain acre or maybe just even one acre of land to do as they please, along side of their own home, in which they own. They (the citizens) will all be provided with their own car as well.
If they break the car or something or give away their house- they’re not allowed any other ones. All humans are allowed one car and one home in their name. And everyone is given a set amount of money as a gift and it’s from there they’ll need to find work and begin their savings, budgets, investments, and so forth. Kind of like monopoly, where EVERY human gets their fair start, BUT the start isn’t from the “bottom,” from scratch, or from someone else they’d owe be obligated/ in debt to, or anything of that nature. It’d be their basic human right and level of respect.
They’re then onward responsible for how they use those things. If anything should happen, they’d have to earn and all to get new ones, like how the world does it today.
A certain amount of land would be required to be protected and untouched for nature and farming only. People need food, so land for agriculture and harvesting should be left alone, as well as land for animals to dwell and reside in. The Amazon forest wouldn’t be touched. A certain limit would be placed on building new infrastructure. Expansion in my country would not be the answer. Stability and maintenance would be the answer. That would mean thriving for us.
There’d be other technical things, but I simply rather not share it so none steal my ideas. I’d like to receive credit/recognition for them, and any benefits they’d offer, and the one who manages those things until it’s ready to be handed off to another. But this basic foundation of human life would be most present.
I think better education for kids would be implemented.
Those who threaten anyone or hold a prejudice would be expelled from the country. And lose citizenship. Any type of revolting or rebellious nature would lead to being expelled. They don’t like my country? They can just leave 😂 they don’t like my people? They can leave and make their own country of people then. I’d focus on better health and better protection of the country. This way other countries wouldn’t ruin or choke the good thing we’d have there.
Safety from natural disasters would be implemented as well. Every apartment/ home would be equipped with fire sprinklers and fire hydrants. Many things like that. Fire blankets as well. Emergency kits even, if need be.
criminals would also be expelled from the country if intervention didn’t help them. I won’t punish or kill anyone, I’d just escort them out/ dismiss them because they ruin the progress we’d try to achieve and that wastes precious time.
Everyone would feel safe. Accepted. Everyone would BE safe. Everyone could focus on their ways of living. I’d find a means of substantial living so people could actively pursue hobbies as careers instead of working is what’s needed/demanded.
And so forth.
I don’t care if anyone disagrees with this economically speaking but there’d be no inflation.
When I was younger I couldn’t picture a bag of Cheetos being 1,000 dollars. I hope things never get that insane. When does inflation end? Maybe I just don’t grasp it, but I just don’t see any need for it. I don’t care what it does and why we keep it. I believe an alternative should be implemented.
Self update: why is everyone talking about religion and marriage? 😂 like they want to get super
Involved- in everyone’s beliefs and relationships, that they’d make those things a part of their agendas/plans/itineraries or something for their country?
Out of everything possible, why these things? Genuinely wondering and think these people probably have had strong interactions with such things to actually feel need to talk/ have a take on it.
They ALREADY tried that in china people suffered and had no motivation to work the land. Learn from the past.
@strateguy632 I just said work would be cared for and not mandatory so people would be able to pursue hobbies and things like the arts. Creativity and innovation instead of inflicted/ mandatory toil. 👍
Don't steal shit and don't hurt people. Simple. But if you sexually harm someone, or do so by proxy, you'll be flayed alive. If your victim dies, then I personally will skin you.
Aside that, it will be left untouched mostly by modern society save for small towns, farms and roads. No massive cities. No big prisons. No golf courses. Etc. You work for what you get in life.
This is a few ideas on how to fix what we currently have:
Death penalty for corruption. If you are a leader, you will be held accountable and executed if you fail to uphold your responsibility.
Strict, maximum 4 year term limits for ALL government leadership roles, not just elected roles.
Dismantling of most 3-letter agencies.
No insider trading.
No income taxes, only sales tax.
Bitcoin as currency.
Government welfare only lasts 2 years for an entire person's life, (unless proven to be severely handicapped) and you must be a citizen to apply.
Government funding goes to tech research and sold to corporations as patents to fund more research, not to privatize profits.
Patents for free energy and cures for cancer are pulled out of the deep vaults they've been buried in and open-sourced for the public.
Seed oils are outlawed, along with glyphosate and other carcinogens. Good, healthy farming and food practices are reintroduced.
Banks never get bailed out, you lose money, tough luck.
Big Pharma gets sued to oblivion for crimes against humanity, doctors are free to use alternative medical practices.
Military doesn't get a blank check, it's a well-armed militia.
Only citizens can vote, and only if you're signed up for the draft. Sorry ladies and invalids, you don't get to send fighting men to war if they don't vote for it.
Schools are completely gutted and revamped to some kind of (hands-on) Montessori Model instead of the trash Prussian based system we currently have.
The internet and freedom of speech is actually uncensored, if you are caught with electoral interference as a media agency, you will be fined 1/3 of your public company's networth.
There would be no concept of money. Instead, it would operate on a trade and favor for a favor system.
For tourism, the people who pose no threat would be able to visit without a passport
Homosexuality and transgenderism would be strictly outlawed.
Only non-radical sects of Abrahamic and Pagan religions would be permitted. Tolerant atheists would also be allowed.
Minorities would be allowed to live there, either segregated within their own communities or mixed, the choice would be theirs, but federal political office would be reserved exclusively for White people.
There would be no term limit for political office, instead politicians would rule until the people simply got tired of them and decided it's time to elect someone else.
The entire country would be clothing optional
Censorship would be very limited
Majority vote would win
The justice system would be an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth. However, there would be no death penalty, instead the criminal would either be maimed or physiologically/emotionally hurt, so they would have to live the rest of their lives with the same pain they caused their victim.
Oh, and people would also be able to procreate freely out in the open

If I were to create a country from the ground up, what would it be like, and what rules would I establish?
1. there would be no abortion, no bearing false witness, no stealing, and no murder. Freedom of speech would be guaranteed, with no censorship allowed.
2. Marriage would be recognized only between a man and a woman. Freedom of religion would also be upheld.
3. high school education would include life lessons: city students would need to work on a farm if their health permits, while country students would need to experience city life. Upon turning 20, women would be required to engage in hardworking labor similar to men, while men would be required to take on office jobs like women.
4. In terms of games with creation modes, any famous individual's name would need to be included in the presentation of names, but their image could not be used without their consent unless they specifically wish to be featured.
5. Only native citizens would be allowed to vote.
"there would be no abortion, no bearing false witness, no stealing, and no murder."
How would you guarantee this?
"Upon turning 20, women would be required to engage in hardworking labor similar to men, while men would be required to take on office jobs like women."
This one is so stupid. Women don't have the physical capabilities to perform hard labor. This is abuse and torture.
@KostasKouvalis This way there would be no feminist but you know how the modern women say they can do what men can do?
I'll have government spies in each group of companies.
Then just do it to the Liberal women
@KostasKouvalis I just want to break the habits of they are disrespecting men. I also want to the same with men too.
I'd start with the Ten Commandments, the add just one more proviso:
"Now therefore fear the LORD, and serve him in sincerity and in truth: and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the flood, and in Egypt; and serve ye the LORD. And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD." Joshua 24:14-15 (KJV)
Anyone would be welcome as long as they would be prepared to sign up on those conditions.
Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Thought, civil discourse would be encouraged. A healthy society thrives on the free exchange of ideas within a known set of boundaries: the Ten Commandments.
You'd be surprised how liberating it can be.
I would try to make it less "diverse". Homogenous countries just have lesser crime rates as their is a sense of community.
It would be helpful if people have same set of believes.
Education system would focus more on developing skills. Excessive focus on manufacturing and service sectors of economy.
No tyranical powers to any institution, whether its police, judiciary, beaurocracy, military or political representatives.
Anti monopolistic policies to ensure that oligrachs can not take control. Focus on growing small and medium businesses.
*there
I'd base it on the US Constitution with deletions, fine tuning and amendments I would reword some passages which have been interpreted out of existence. If I delineate too much, it will draw word salad target practice by my contrarians. None the less, I would delete the 17th Amendment and fine tune the First and Second amendments to start with.
Constitutional monarchy or even a semi-absolute monarchy. 👑 A country similar to Australia or UK in terms of parliament - or government - however much more monarchy power rather than politics power :) and a harmonious socialist like society even further left wing than the Danes or the Swedes - hooray leftism
My laws: You must respect other people's life, liberty, and property. Killing an endangered speices is against the law.
Gov revenue could come from fines and sin taxes.
The military would exist to defend the country, not police the world.
Civil courts would be loser pays: if you sue someone, and you lose, you pay court costs for both sides.
Pollution would be controlled by allowing people to sue polluters for damage to life (health) and property.
I would start a country with no official religion so everyone is seen equal.
With traditional values to male and female.
Open minded relationship.
Marriage won't be recommended to start a family.
"Country with no official religion"
Recipe for disaster
@dudegreat91 not really, picking 1 religion create more problems, where public down grades other religions
@dudegreat91 there are many countries with same rule and all of them are nice peaceful countries
Like?
@dudegreat91 google 😆
Well you said there are peaceful countries with no official religion. But can't think of any. Unless your definition of peaceful is diiferent to mine. Most peaceful countries have a official religion or ethnic identity either on paper or implicit.
New zealand is really small still had christchurch shooting. South Africa is definitely not peaceful at all. Romania is a highly religious christian country.
Sounds very tribal. Which is why it would quickly technologically revert to the stone age. Funny how traditional sexual ethics uphold society.
A divided weak management government, as described in u. s. constitution is the best man made system existing.
The official religion of my country would be Christianity and the constitution would be made according to the Bible. In my country, men would be men and women would be women. Marriage would be mandatory.
No doubling property taxes no property, tax inheritance rules treating the families kids like new homeowners like they are strangers. It’s a long story. I’ve been screwed twice now in my life
Well, to start it will be a monarchy.
All homosexuals, sexual nasty perverts, pedophiles, blasphemers and violent criminals will be put to death without exception.
I won't tolerate any of that ish in my country.
Corruptions should be strictly prohibited first. No matter how good your rules are, it almost won't matter if corruption is high
Close but wrong. Prohibited is empty without penalty and enforcement.
That's pretty much common sense that something is prohibited comes with a consequence. Otherwise it wouldn't be prohibition.
I'd ban religions and goverments, it'd be full of miles upon miles of garden hedges that are never ending, and all women have to wear jeans with a belt ;)
Firstly it would be a monarchy.
I would be king.
Everybody would have everything needed and as much as wanted within reason.
So who gives all that to them?
Only ONE rule.
NO DEMOCRATS
First of all, there would be no cell phones ;)
Back to the founding.
