No. Only if they are a danger to society. Trump has proven he is, and he was convicted, so yeah he should be in jail. Unfortunately right wing media has spent 40 years making people as insecure and angry as possible, so now tens of millions of people see Trump as their last real chance to achieve any sense of validation from a world that completely ignores their laughable persecution complex.
