Nope. I think you as an individual negotiate the terms of your employment with perspective employers. They put a job offer out with a salary range. You demand a certain salary for your skill set and work ethic. If you and the employer agree, then you have a job to do for a certain pay. If you disagree, then you go your own way. If you fail to produce and fulfill your employment contract, they fire you. If you produce above expectations, then you renegotiate the terms of your employment to get paid more. No two people are the same. Everyone gets paid by what they bring to the table. Equal pay is the stupidest idea ever pushed by the left.

Nope. I believe if you do the crime, you do the time. You don't get to go home because they don't have someone of the opposite gender to convict for the same crime, nor does an innocent person of the opposite gender get convicted for a crime they didn't commit to balance the numbers.

I do agree with equal custody of children, being that both parents combined their DNA to create one child. Therefore, the child is part of both of them, and both of them have responsibility for that child. Therefore, each parent should spend equal time with their children in the event of a divorce and take responsibility for housing, feeding, and taking general care of the kids.

Prison should be about risk and rehab of person as well as punishment. So no there.

custody should be about what's best for the child, so maybe. I think men get screwed, but I've seen them win rightfully when the woman is off. Trouble is women can be crazy and make up stuff... because they have serious issues.. drugs, traumas... that are controlling them and thus screwing their partners. Seen it more than once. Men can as well. May not be easy seeing through their smoke screens without evidence. Not an easy job to judge!

What about equal draft to military. maybe...

and I don't believe in equal pay, although sometimes it's necessary to make peace. what's equal when someone can get work done in less time, with less stress. What's equal when the woman is out 3 months with baby or less effective 2 weeks out of month due to pms. Tell me all teachers should make the same $ based upon tenure. That's nuts. some shouldn't be there. A tree doesn't hold onto it's less effective branches.

But these are the issues society faces and it's a bitter pill to say a woman should make more or a man should.

Yes. Pay should be for work, incarceration should be for crime, & custody should be for best for the kid. Gender shouldn't make u get higher or lower pay, less or more jail time, or more or less time with ur kid.

Yes to two of the three. I believe in equal pay, that's equal opportunity for the same pay not equal outcome. I also believe in equal custody chances. But I don't think equal gender incarceration's is a good idea, you don't want girls raped in prisons.

@msc545 I never said that in my argument. I just think its much more likely for women to be abused if they are in a prison with multiple rape convicts. With men you at least have a chance that they are strong enough to fight back. With women you are guaranteed she will be taken advantage off since she is powerless. But for men there is no alternative solution, just comes down to good prison management and having separate categories of prisoners depending on how likely they are to endanger other prisoners.

But we have separate prisons for each gender for a reason, and it should not be ruined by transgenders with penises being allowed in women's prisons.

I have worked in men's prisons on multiple occasions as a prison doctor. I can tell you that as bad as men's prisons are and they are pretty bad, they're not nearly as bad as women's prisons. I would never work in a woman's prison.

I could say yes but statistically women commit so few crime compared to men that in France there's literally only 1 prison for woman in the whole countries and in France we're equal on this, a woman killing someone take 25 years of jail no matter if it was he abusive husband she killed she's going to take the full time regardless.

Custody is a no-brainer. If there's no actual evidence of abuse then joint custody should be automatically granted at 50:50 time. The first mention of abuse shouldn't be because either partner is trying to get custody of the children.

Equality should be equal opportunity, not outcome. Otherwise, as Jordan Peterson points out, we need equal numbers of women working as bricklayers, plumbers and on the front lines of war zones - not just the management positions.

I believe in the equality principle of pay. If the job is of equal responsibility and workload. As for incarceration. If you can do the crime. You can also do the same amount of time.
For the child support. If it is possible. Then the option for equal custody. Should be considered.

Yep, and for that equal pay, they should fulfill the same requirements, not have lower standards and get equal pay.

Plus, there needs to be long prison sentences for false accusers, and for people that commit paternity fraud.

Custody should never be anything but equal as both parents have an equally important role in a child's life. Pay also should be equal given the jobs are the same and performance is as well. I find it funny how whenever someone is worried about equality in some way they are often the reason the scale is unbalanced.

Yes, prison sentences for women are usually much less than for a man and guys always get screwed in divorce settlements.
