Why do people stare at others?

It’s a very good way to make somebody feel uncomfortable whether you’re attracted to somebody, just people watching, or just starting for the purpose or staring. If you’re gonna talk to someone just go talk to them, yeah it’s not a crime but stop making people uncomfortable. Go out and do your business like any other normal person because guarantee that these same people don’t want someone else making them uncomfortable.

I think it's either because they're bored or they're starring just for the purpose of staring. In most cases, I doubt that it's because they're attracted to the person they're staring at.

Well true in some cases they are but yeah also that. Some people watch people like they’re watching animals at the zoo

Because they have eyes, we can never control everyone to behave. What we can do is just to control ourselves to not to be main attention in the public place.

That’s true most of the time staring back a little gets them to stop. At least for a bit lol

For me I mostly try to ignore people and carry on. It’s not worth letting someone get you too worked up. It’s just people need manners
