Why do people have to stare?

Why when you politely crash out in public mostly guys ESPECIALLY CERTAIN MEN have to look. It's like people who stare at car accidents. Why is it so hard to miss your business it's so rude. Sometimes I wonder is everyone earth actually human or do demons flesh exist?

As for eyes most of us have working ones & when it comes to staring that’s what people do nowadays. As for me if I see an accident all I say is another idiot on their phone & I just keep driving.
