Trump has more to lose in terms of the ultimate consequences he’d face if he lost the election.

America has more to lose if Kamala takes the L.

Kamala should be able to wipe the walls with Trump, but my big fear lately is that the mainstream media has gone PUSSY, and they’re TERRIFIED of being called “the liberal media”, so no one is attacking the entire preposterousness of Trump’s campaign or even America’s acceptance of him as a contender, and that’s fucking WILD. We’re talking about his criminality —even his still-only-alleged criminality— as if it’s a matter of opinion, but it seems really fucking obvious that Trump’s strategy is to avoid being prosecuted altogether, not just strolling confidently into a courtroom with the truth on his side, knowing the facts will set him free. That ALONE should be HIGHLY suspect to anybody watching.

The thing you really need in Trump’s case is real-time, adversarial fact-checking. If you just let him talk for two minutes and don’t say “but wait…. what you just said isn’t true, at all”, then a lot of people will just shrug it off as invalid or unimportant. So debates kind of fall flat for me when Trump is in them.

It’s just crazy because Kamala SHOULD be able to waltz in there and just be like “you’re a clear and obvious pathological liar, malignant narcissist, and completely dishonest con man to anyone with a functioning brain and isn’t just looking for a President who tells them it’s ok to be loudly and publicly ignorant with no repercussions of any sort”, in a sane world, but I’ve never been less sure that that’s what I’m living in than this timeline we’re in right now🤦‍♂️

Kamala has been dodging policies and interviews and now she has to show she can do better than she did in 2019 when she came in last. She hasn’t won over the population by vote and still a vote for Kamala isn’t a vote for Kamala it’s a vote against Trump.

We already know all we need to know about Trump-that he's a pathological liar, that he is a temper tantrum throwing child, doesn't care about anyone other than himself, has the impulse control of a toddler, that he's got Bidenesque mental decline and is a danger to the future of democracy. People have a lot of interest in Kamala's ideas though. So it's more important for her.

Pretty sure it's wildly acknowledged that Harris had more to lose. Everyone knows Trump and knows what they think about Trump. People don't know Harris and don't know if they'll vote for her. In the aftermath I don't think Trump did a great job of prosecuting the case against her. So I'd say were back to square 1. 50:50 chance for each candidate.
