The South is mostly Democrats and nobody cares for Trump down there, apart from transplants and Yankees. New England is FULL of MAGAs and Republicans, lots of pickup trucks and guns too.

New England is highly concentrated with leftists, which is why they are nearly all blue states.

New England is all those blue states in the upper right of these maps. The Red states are conservatives.

Keep in mind, too, that these are electoral college maps, and in the electoral college in most states, if you have 50.1% of the vote, you get ALL the electoral college votes in that state.

Why indeed. The answer is that even in blue states, there are a LOT of people who have left the cult and know from their own personal experience that things were much better under Trump than they are now. For example, people saw with their own eyes that illegal immigration was massively reduced under Trump - despite the Left encouraging it and paying immigrants to get to the border to press the issue - Trump had the "remain in Mexico" policy that was very successful - and they've also seen that under Biden/Harris, somewhere between 15-20 million illegal immigrants from all over the world have entered the country, encouraged and protected by Democrats, only to consume massive amount of money and benefits that especially impacts the AMERICANS who needed help and now can't get it. When illegals began showing up in THEIR cities and states, and used up THEIR resources - as the Democrats go on TV and tells them that it isn't happening - it's hard to get people to keep believing the lies.

People can see with their own eyes when a political party is weaponizing the government against a political candidate and convicting them of unnamed crimes or charging them with "crimes" that literally no one has ever been charged with (Trump's real estate case). People understand that if a party will do that against TRUMP - who can fight back - what will they do to people who can't fight back?

People could afford their rent, and food, and gas, and insurance, etc. under Trump. They saw that change massively under Biden/Harris. Blaming it on Trump doesn't fly with most people, who can see right through that lie.

So, yeah, I'm not surprised by all the signs and bumper stickers. They aren't necessary in the South, because everyone already knows they're voting for Trump - they don't need to convince anyone else.

Yes, but people vote, not acres of land. Los Angeles county has more people than most red states.
