You leave your shoes at the front or back door, I’m not having anyone treading outdoor crap from their shoes on to my carpets. I did let friends do wear them a while back, however when I Vax’d my hall carpets it was 🤮🤮🤮. Now it’s shoes off, also heels are not friendly to some of my flooring.

Shoes bring in too many germs. At my house I have lots of babies crawling around, eating snacks off the floor so absolutely no shoes past a certain area

I don't wear shoes inside unless I'm about to leave the house. Why would I wear shoes if I'm just chilling at home?

@Smashingdoozy I think you’re misunderstanding. We’re not talking about chillin in the house. Of course everyone likes to take their shoes off when getting optimal comfort. We’re talking about NO shoes allowed inside the house. Which means, if you come inside only for two seconds to grab something you forgot, you must remove your shoes. That is incredibly inconvenient and annoying.

as if walking around in sweaty socks is somehow cleaner. Get outta town. That’s not how socks are designed to be used. Also, some people have medical conditions that make walking without shoes unbearably uncomfortable.
