You can do whatever you want. You have superpowers like itachi. So nobody can stop you but you only get 4 years.

I'd make it so you can't get a drivers license unless you can actually drive. The roads would look much clearer.

Also, I would take away any government endorsements/aid from colleges where the professors can't demonstrate that theyve had a career of some type in the field their teaching or a related one.

Reform standardized testing to a format more favorable towards allowing teachers to decide what they think kids should be learning. It's probably pretty stupid to give middleschoolers in Maine, Florida, NY, Texas, Wyoming and Nevada the exact same education right? Like these areas all probably would benefit from some localization.

Any illegal immigrants would have. 17 months to leave or bounty hunters will be sent after you. The reason you get 17 months is because I would have the rest of the government going after the gangs taking up the hotels and I would make sure that issue is taken care of first.

The border would be watched by drones with thermal cameras that can see underground and I'd have DARPA working on sensors that could be placed in the ground so that the drones don't need to fly so much. Seems way cheaper and more effective than a wall. Just not as immediate.

Israel I would make it illegal for anyone to broker a deal with them unless it goes long through a process where it could be stopped by anyone. In fact, any politician taking money from an outside source would be opening themselves up to considerable personal risk.

I'd make them pay for rebuilding Palestine and find a way to tie the economies together in a way where their success depends on eachother. I'd have the Cia take care of that nettenyoohoo guy and have it run by Ben Shapiro or something.

*make it so the large populations of cities can't dictate the lives of suburban & rural people. All areas outside of major urban areas would be joined together to form their own regional sized states. The urban places would be city states with zero power outside of their area.

*make it so each state can control immigration between states. You would no longer be able to move to any state you want to, unless you pass whatever conditions they require & maintain whatever social/land development rules they have. During a probation period you can be deported back to where you came from.

*ban all paid political advertising except small posters & politicians would be allowed to do interviews and make speeches, do town halls, debates.

*limit all campaign spending & donations to the cost of the candidate traveling around, having security and eating, minimal marketing needed to create posters. Any extra money received must be returned within 1 month.

*ban anyone in the media or celebrity influencer type from making any statements about politics unless they also provide a written transcript to the public with references to sources of all claims that they make. Any false claims will result in loss of broadcast license, massive fines & they're required to make a public apology.

*remove all restrictions on drilling for oil in the U. S. -- the U. S. has more untapped oil than Saudi Arabia.

*Require all social media moderators to actually live in the area they are doing moderation for so somebody in NYC doesn't get to moderate comments by someone in eastern California. $100 million dollar fines for companies that try to impose social standards from one area onto another where the locals have different standards.

*get rid of all laws that make it illegal to punch someone in the face for being rude/threatening your family. I remember back when you could get punched in the face for almost anything and people were a lot more polite to each other & got along better than now!

*require 100% of the population to be pick one of these to be a volunteer member of: police, fire fighter, emergency medical, armed security guard with full police training. In this scenario, every family ends up having the same connections/friends. You don't get special treatment when you say, "I'm a cop" or whatever. Plus there's a huge number of volunteers to call on whenever there's trouble. Also you don't need to call 911 and wait for help. Your own family/neighbor is emergency services.

*Reduce the number of laws and the length of law text to the point where it can all fit in a 300-400 page book and anyone can understand it. If the common person can't understand a law then it shouldn't exist. Require all states to do the same.

*Get rid of all income taxes and property taxes. Only have sales tax. Ban tax increases. If the government wants more money then they should just do things that encourage people to buy & sell more.

*Ban big banks. No bank should be larger than regional size and there has to be competition within each region too.

*Require banks to share a huge profit percentage with any customer when they are using the customer's money to make money. Minimum of 60% profit goes to the customer.

*Death penalty for politicians who take bribes.

*Fix the legal system so sentencing always occurs within 1 year of arrest. And if the government doesn't have a case the prisoner is released.

*If a judge releases a violent repeat offender, the violent offender is required to live WITH the judge & his family.

I'd make America the Netherlands or Scandanavia using the military budget to make it happen. I'd shutdown every religious organization and turn them into schools, day cares, museums, recreational facilities. I'd eminent domain every cemetery and turn it into a park, preserve, trails.
