No that's just a normal opinion. But going out of her way to call them bitches and ugly is unnecessary. She doesn't have to speak about them in a hateful way just because she doesn't find them attractive or has a negative perception about them.

I mean she can get her point across without humiliating them for their race.

Saying they're bland and overrated is kind of shady but it isn't racist or even really rude, at the end it's just an opinion

I define racism as having an extreme dislike or hate for another race/ethnicity/nationality, treating them differently than others in a negative way or using slurs or insults against them.
