Is it racist to think that white women aren't girlfriend material?

My friend thinks that white women are too morally corrupt to make good girlfriends.

"They have this shitty mentality that they should try everything and see what they like. They end up getting fucked up in the process and will never be mentally stable ever again. They always come with an ugly past and unsettled mental issues. Getting into a relationship with one of them is the most stupid shit you can do in life," he told me.

I can understand why he only dates Asian girls and non-white girls in general, but that sounded a bit racist.

He talks almost like white women are inferior! Is he racist?

No, it's just personal preference.
The only thing that I urge you not to do is to generalize every white woman being a pathetic pussy hat or a power grabbing feminazi.
Normal people are still a majority, after all, and this obviously also applies to white women.

Maybe most are not and are what your friend described, but there are still many that are girlfriend material but they are probably younger in age.
