Question for Leftists #13: An argument I've heard is that LGBT is just a political tool the Left uses to control Society. Is that a Bigoted argument?

Let me explain. About a decade or two ago, before Gay Marriage was legalized, on a talk radio show, the hosts were discussing how LGBT will be used to control speech (or control society, I forgot which they said). You may think this is just a Bigoted Conspiracy Theory, but i think this argument has credence. Let me illustrate by outlining a few points:

• Sometimes when people question Transsexuality because it doesn't make sense to them, they are told to be quiet, because questioning Trans makes them feel uncomfortable and judged. Basically, "you're killing Trans kids! Stop!" Here, it seems like LGBT can be used to teach people that it's bad to ask questions (by teaching them that questioning the world around them is dangerous). Basically, as a tool to dumb down the masses.
• Another argument is that LGBT is used for Demoralization. Why? The USA USED to be a predominately Christian country. But to me, a country can't support Christianity and LGBT (see Leviticus 18:22 to see what I mean). So basically, a country that embraces LGBT will be forcefully secularized. The idea that their is a Higher Purpose to life motivates people. But such ideas much be abolished in order to force through a pro-LGBT Utopia. And no Higher Meaning = Demoralization.
• LGBT can make weaker International Bonds with the US and other Nations. When non-Westernized countries see us promoting Pride Parades and Drag Queen Story Hours, they may lose respect for us and may want to offer us less support.
• From what I've heard, post-OP Trans people have permanent injuries and have to use certain drugs and receive certain medical treatments for the rest of their lives. So here, one may argue that LGBT is used to make people slaves to Big Pharma.

So anyway, the folks on that talk show may just be Narrow-Minded Bigots. But the above points make it seem that their argument at least SEEMS to make sense.

It is a bigoted argument.
If you have to put people down. Deny peoples very livelihood. Lie and spread hate to get whatever point you're trying to make across then you shouldn't be trying to make that point. Most of what right wing people have to say about LGBTQ people is rooted in hatred and misunderstanding.

Other countries think less of the USA when they make unprogressive moves. The longer the USA continue to protect guns and unborn babies over the actual living people and defend this decision, the less respect the rest of the western world have for them.
