"OP doesn't seem to find it relevant to the context; it's just a reminder."
Then why post it at all?
Also I'll call you what I like. You have no business trying to dictate what I can and cannot do. That said, you need to earn that respect to begin with if you want me to change what I say, mongo. - 1 y
- 1 y
@MongozDish let me guess, you feel harmed by seeing pride flags and gay people on tv. I don’t care.
- 1 y
@SmokinAces2000 It's not so much about the flags, but the ideologies they spread.
- 1 y
What are these ideologies?
- 1 y
I love this!! Fight, fight, fight! Dingo is someone full of riddles
- 1 y
@SmokinAces2000 It consists of a few, but I believe the main issue is basing one's self-worth on who they sleep with (or who they're attracted to) or what's going on between their legs. That's honestly quite pathetic. And to propagate such an ideology, especially towards younger people, is very derogatory. And many times, indecent behaviors are excused, with such actions being considered typical of people in the LGBTQ+ community, such as indecent dressing and demeanor.
- 1 y
@MongozDish do you have a hatred towards lgbtq. Congrats Trump you stuff from hate filled trump
- 1 y
Trump taught you
- 1 y
@blackeagle007 I don't hate the LGBTQ community, and I certainly don't hate individuals who identify as members of it—at least, not in general. I simply find their ideologies pathetic and disgusting.
Also, I'm not American, and I’ve felt this way long before I even knew who Donald Trump actually was.
Asker1 y@MongozDish where are you from?
- 1 y
I'm not going to specify exactly where I'm from, but I’m from somewhere in the Middle East.
Asker1 yI bet you are definitely turkish.
- 1 y
@MongozDish that explains it
- 1 y
I'm not Turkish.
- 1 y
@MongozDish you probably are against women having independence where ur at
- 1 y
@blackeagle007 Against women having independence? What does that even mean?
- 1 y
@MongozDish you live in A region where women aren’t allowed independence, you lame brain.
- 1 y
@blackeagle007 I have no idea what you're talking about. Also, there's no need to result to insults. Insults don't make you right.
- 1 y
@MongozDish you just said you live in the Middle East. Countries there treat women like 2nd class citizens You get it now?
- 1 y
@blackeagle007 That's not true, and you wouldn't know since you've probably never been to the Middle East.
Asker1 y@blackeagle007 you are absolutely right. Women are not valued at all in the Middle East. They are constantly exposed to mistreatment, violence, and worse situations.
- 1 y
Example and evidence please?
- 1 y
@MongozDish you said so
Where in the Middle East!! Look above these comments. You did say where u are You are a liar. I bet you’re against Israel’s right exist because they aren’t Arab. - 1 y
Pay no attention to dingo. He’s a troll. He deep down thinks women are below him and should wear burkas. I think it’s insecurity by the male population. They are scared of losing their woman to classier men.
- 1 y
Mongo. My bad
- 1 y
@blackeagle007 I'm saying that's not true in regard to treating women like second-class citizens, not that I said I'm not from a Middle Eastern country.
- 1 y
@blackeagle007 Who's the classier man—you?
Asker1 yFor example, in the Middle East, women's lives are not safe. For example, in the Middle East, women cannot even walk on the streets at night for fear of being followed, harassed, or raped. For example, in the Middle East, women are excluded and treated like prostitutes because they live a free sexual life. They are constantly compared to other women, humiliated, and despised. There is a lot of evidence, but I am too lazy to write. Unfortunately, the Middle East is a hell for women. I wish @blackeagle007 were wrong in what he said. @MongozDish correct me if I'm wrong.
- 1 y
@MongozDish give me evidence women have freedom in your country then. Do they work? Can they go out in public w/o a male permission?
- 1 y
@MongozDish hey I don’t claim to be a saint. But I don’t dictate women
- 1 y
I’m not wrong. I dated someone that immigrated from Jordan. She hated that place
Asker1 y@blackeagle007 You are right; Middle Eastern women are already disgusted with their own men and are eager to be with Western men because they are aware of the value that Western men give to women. If women are dying to find Christian or atheist husbands despite their religious differences, Middle Eastern men should take their hats off and think about where they went wrong.
- 1 y
Those middle eastern men learned that culture from older relatives. Not excusing that because in reality, it isn’t reasonable to restrict someone’s freedom. Now if your in the court system, different story, but that’s for everyone
- 1 y
@Asker
- "For example, in the Middle East, women's lives are not safe. For example, in the Middle East, women cannot even walk on the streets at night for fear of being followed, harassed, or raped."
This is not true. Crime is actually more prevalent in Western countries than in Middle Eastern countries. Crime rates, especially rape rates, in the Middle East are much lower than those in Western countries. For example, according to the World Population Review, in 2022, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) had a rape rate of 0.58 per 100,000 people, compared to the United States with a rate of 41.8 per 100,000 people, and the United Kingdom with a rate of 109 per 100,000 people. Seems significantly low, don't you think?
"For example, in the Middle East, women are excluded and treated like prostitutes because they live a free sexual life."
This is not exclusive to women only, as men who are promiscuous are also excluded and treated like promiscuous people. I also don't see why treating a prostitute like a prostitute is considered mistreatment.
"They are constantly compared to other women, humiliated, and despised."
I don't know why this is exclusive to Middle Eastern countries, as it happens everywhere. Not only that, but men are also compared to other men, humiliated, and despised, just like anyone else. This isn't a gender-based phenomenon. - 1 y
@blackeagle007
"Do they work?" - Yes
"Can they go out in public w/o a male permission?" - Yes - 1 y
@blackeagle007 @Asker These are a lot of accusations coming from people who have probably never been to the Middle East. Don't always believe what you read on the internet or see on TV.
Asker1 y@MongozDish In my country, women are free; they don't ask for permission from their husbands, but I don't think they are happy. For example, the average standard of living for a woman in Finland is not the same as the average standard of living for a woman in my country. I don't know; there is a lot to tell, but I feel like I haven't explained it enough. But in short, know that the Middle East is not suitable geography for women. If I had the chance, I would like to live in America, Canada, Europe, or Scandinavia.
Asker1 y@MongozDish I swear I couldn't find an answer to give. You are speaking very superficially. I don't need hearsay information about the Middle East because, unfortunately, I am from a Muslim country in the Middle East, just like you.
- 1 y
@Asker "In my country, women are free." What exactly does it mean for someone to be 'free?' I don't think people really understand what it means to be free before claiming that one country is freer than another.
"Middle East is not suitable geography for women." I don't know what you consider "ideal" for a woman to be situated in. But realistically, if you look at many of the markers people consider when discussing these things—poverty, safety (e. g., crime, especially rape and sexual assault), education, etc., the Middle East, ironically, surpasses many Western countries like the US, Canada, etc. in these metrics.
You just have a prejudice against Middle Eastern countries based on what you hear from others or the media, which is often either false or blown out of proportion. I'd be careful about what I believe from the media. - 1 y
@Asker What country are you from?
- 1 y
You sure you wanna come to America? We got Trump. Need I say more. lol
- 1 y
@MongozDish then how do you know what goes on in the Middle East. How do you really know 🤔
Asker1 y@MongozDish I swear, if I had the chance to be born again, I wouldn't want to be born in a Muslim country in a region like the Middle East. Also, it seems very strange to me that women still follow a religion that views women as second-class citizens. The more I see this, the more I distance myself mentally from the Middle East. I wish I could distance myself physically, too. Unfortunately, we cannot change our fate.
Asker1 y@blackeagle007 I don't like America anyway. Don't worry honey. That was just an example. I mean the American continent. But if I had the chance, I would choose Europe over a capitalist country. 🤣
- 1 y
No comment on the capitalist you say. But I advise anyone no matter where you from, wait till Trump is out of office. He’s a menace
- 1 y
@MongozDish dude I highly doubt all that. I know women from those countries. Why do you think they are in the states? Answer- Freedom!
Asker1 yI don't have any opportunities to move to another country anyway. I love the country where I was born and raised; I just don't feel happy.
- 1 y
@blackeagle007 Well, aside from the statistics I just provided, I am also a citizen and resident of a Middle Eastern country. My circle of friends and family is mostly made up of people who are citizens and residents of a Middle Eastern country. But you don't have to take it from me, the statistics are available.
- 1 y
@Asker You still haven't provided any examples. You're only claiming that Islam views women as second-class citizens and that the Middle East has treated you badly, but I have yet to see a single example that hasn't been disproven. It's not enough to just say it; you need to provide examples and, if necessary, evidence to back it up.
- 1 y
@blackeagle007 "I know women from those countries." You know only a very small and insignificant number of women who don't necessarily represent the whole population. You can't use them to justify what you're saying. And many of them don't come to the United States for "freedom," whatever that means. Many come for educational and career opportunities, not "freedom" per se.
Asker1 y@MongozDish I have many examples, but this is not the right place. I feel ashamed of being a Middle Eastern resident, or I hate it. 🤦🏻♀️ I hope this is enough for you.
- 1 y
@MongozDish ah ha! You are in fact from there. You denied it earlier, you said you weren’t there.
You say women are treated with respect where you are, why is it I come across ones from the same region as you, saying they had no freedoms before coming west? You’re either a troll or you really are from there and do think women need to be under a man’s control. It’s not Islam, you’re right. It’s insecurity!!
Asker1 y@MongozDish You must be proud to be a Middle Eastern resident if you defend the Middle East so much. Congratulations! I wish I could feel that way, too. 🥺
- 1 y
@Asker If you say so.
- 1 y
Mongo is just a riddler and a joker. In this generation, people like him want to make problems
- 1 y
@blackeagle007 I believe you have reading or comprehension problems.
I never said I wasn't from the Middle East. I said I wasn't Turkish. In fact, the initial reply I wrote states, "I'm not going to specify exactly where I'm from, but I’m from somewhere in the Middle East."
"You say women are treated with respect where you are, why is it I come across ones from the same region as you, saying they had no freedoms before coming west?" I have no way of verifying if you're telling the truth or if you're just lying. Either way, the statistics are available for you to view. There's no need to take it from me or from them.
"... you really are from there and do think women need to be under a man’s control." I have never said or implied this in any of my replies. I'm not even sure if, at this point, you are really reading and replying to my comments, or if you're making up replies in your head and using that to respond to my comments.
Asker1 yAmerican and Middle Eastern, thank you both for your lively and entertaining conversation. 🤝😂
- 1 y
@MongozDish once a troll, always!
- 1 y
@blackeagle007 It seems like you don't have any more content. That's alright. Not everyone is expected to engage in intelligent conversations. I wish you knowledge and the best in life. Cheers.

I have nothing personal against the LBGTQ+ community.
What I do have against many members of them is that they insist on putting their love life in my face.
While I'm a straight heterosexual, unless you asked me and I chose to tell you, you would never know what my sexual orientation is. I don't go around telling people who I sleep with.
I'm just fine with anyone being with anyone else out in public. I don't want to know or care who you sleep with... I consider that private.
On a related topic... trans folks in sports... as someone who's been a high level athlete during a lot of my life. People born male, or born female end up with different muscle and bone structure... no amount of surgery or hormone treatments is going to change that and it's purely a matter of fairness.

Agreed. Women compete against women. Men vs men. It’s fair
1 yOh, sweet summer child of the woke mob, how quaint it is to see you so blindly devoted to your alphabet soup of confusion. You see, the LGBTQ+ agenda, as you so lovingly call it, is nothing more than a misguided attempt to dismantle traditional values and impose a radical, social-engineering experiment on our great nation. But fear not, for under the wise leadership of Donald J. Trump, we stand firm in preserving the sanctity of family and the timeless ideals that made America the envy of the world.

I'm in favor of the right for people to be attracted who they are attracted to (with consent) but that can be a minor detail about someone.
The whole "LOOK AT HOW DIFFERENT I AM NOW FIND ME NORMAL!" needs to go.

1 yI'm not against an LGBTQ+ person. I don't like someone who believes they deserve special treatment because they are different, and organizes a "community" to force that on others.
00 Reply 11.7K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. I'm not. But I find it funny when the resident middle eastern dick doesn't understand female independence.

Opinion Owner1 y@blackeagle007 yes that disgust me

Hope you don’t express that in the workplace. H. R would be knocking on your door
Opinion Owner1 y@blackeagle007 I keep it to myself unless I know the person share my thought,
- 1 y
That makes you prejudiced. What if a family member was lgbqt? Let me guess you’d condemn them and act as if ur some holy Christian.
Opinion Owner1 y@blackeagle007 yes and do what you think I care?
My sister in law is gay, i never went near her never Even met her, those people are just weirdo better stay away from me.
You don’t need to be Christian to dislike them majority of people are not believer and they still hate gay- 1 y
What they do to you. I smell Sunday Christian in you. MAGA perhaps?
Opinion Owner1 y@blackeagle007 I m not American
So no not maga
well for one, one lesbian sexually assaulted me when i was in middle school and they re creep and disgusting- 1 y
So that’s fair to say all lesbians are bad then. I been treated horribly by women. So would it be fair for me to say all women are bad?
Opinion Owner1 y@blackeagle007 you can say what you want, you wouldn’t be the first man to say this anyway so nothing out of the ordinary for me
And gay people just disgust me that’s it thats just my feeling can’t help it- 1 y
I’m sorry you went through that. I hope who did that to you should rot in prison. But dont be hateful of everyone! A few gay guys made me feel uncomfortable, I don’t go that way. But I don’t hate gays
Opinion Owner1 y@blackeagle007 they just make me extremely uncomfortable in général i don’t feel safe near them
