Italians and Southern Italy?

Why don't Italians (Northern) like Southern Italians or consider them to be really Italian?

Italy was separate dominions unril unified last century.

Recently a trend in italy is dredging up the past! "You are not my group." An italian told me last year.

Considering now born after United italy such division is stupid and wrong. the solution is a parliament mixing all types.

Like israel has a parliament containg jews from various cultures and arabs too. In the government parliament. Not only vote because Israel is not apartheid but also arabs included in the many various political parties.

They're like two completely different people. North Italians are wealthier and more polite and civilized. And a lot of them also have Germanic blood. Romans and southern Italians are like 3rd world people. They're poorer, less civilized and have no manners and scam people. Southern Italy is where all the mafias are. They're also genetically closer to Arabs.

There's a saying about Italy, that the further south you go in the country, the shittier the people get, and Sicilians are the bottom of the cess pool.
