The ones that might work are the scary ones. The courts will always shut him down because there's no legal basis for any of it. The fake electors won't work either. It's the capitol attack and pressuring Republicans to fix the results because some of them might be morally lacking enough to do it.

Everyone has the right to pressure or ask anyone else to do anything include those things which are not legal. Its your responsibility as an independent adult not to commit crimes no matter who asks you.

@Caroline91 Because the 1st amendment doesn't have any written exceptions for the fact that you think you can read their mind better than they can.

A law which hinges upon the power of in office goverment officials to read minds to determine innocents or guilt is really just a law to give the same in office goverment officials arbitrary power to enforce against their enemies alone. Because the only mind anyone is ever capable of reading is their own.

Thus is why a legitimate goverment has no such arbitrary 'laws' and the 1st amendment makes no exception for them. Such a arbitrary power is incomparable with the idea of law, much as it makes equal application of the same impossible.

There are always a few cases of voter fraud, in the single or double digits, and most of the ones in 2020 were attempting to vote for Trump. However, no state was won by fewer than 10,000 votes. Bill Barr: "To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election,".
