Yeah, it's perfectly normal for an unmarked blackhawk helicopter to circle a bunch of civilians and rescue supplies, then intentionally navigate that helicopter to damage relief and potentially people helping supply that relief

There are civilian owned blackhawks. The US Navy has a some black ones, but they have US navy insignia on them
