Should one be ashamed of pooping in a public toilet at Mcdonald's, at the hospital or at the doctors office?

Should one be ashamed of pooping in a public toilet at Mcdonald's, at the hospital or at the doctors office?

The Brits here in the UK think one should be ashamed when in reality one shouldn't be. I think one is allowed to pee or poop in a public toilet if one has to and has no choice?

I think that says a lot about the Brits. They're closed minded and have an "island" mentality

Do other Europeans, Americans and Canadians think the same way as Brits or do they agree with me and think it's perfectly normal to poop in a public toilet?

I think non-Brits: Americans, Candians, Russians and other Europeans are more open minded than Brits
