I used to fear or be greatly uncomfortable doing this, but its requirement in the Army has turned me into a regular public pooper; it got me used to it, to the point where I don't think much of it.

Funny i rarely do because i plan out my meals earlier in the day so i usually take a giant dumb right before work which usually is enough for the rest of the day unless i have a stomach bug but lately if i do i just call off work it's not worth running to the toilet every 5 minutes and getting others sick and weakening your body instead of resting. But i rarely get stomach bugs know because i make sure everything is fresh made and very rarely go out to diners.

I do it in single stall bathrooms with a lock. I do not do it in multi stall bathrooms if I can help it.
