I'll take your answer/comment for what I interpret as meaning. "Going green" will have no impact on the weather or climate. If I'm wrong, you can correct me.

for one thing to have an impact, whether little or grand... that is one thing

a very different thing is to have absolute control and to be able to manipulate climate or weather at will

even the pandemia had an impact and effect on the some weather/climate related things... but that's not the same as again... full control and manipulation by "one side of the same coin"

it would be stupid to believe that only those at the left are able to do this, and nobody else... nobody on the right would be smart enough? nobody in China or Russia would be capable to use it against?
