I would help those who need it the most - hospitals, feeding organisations and communities for outcasts.

But I would probably help Universities too, because education is important.
Maybe some sport clubs as well.

It all depends on how much billions would I won.

The first organizational structure would be family. Charity begins at home. can't start looking outside if you haven’t completed your internal obligations. Once that has been taken care of then the next organizations would be the community in which one resides.

I'd donate to different cancer treatments charities and also to finding a cure for OI (osteogenesis imperfecta) which my brother has as well as his kids.
