Democrats want you to be totally dependent on the government, destroy the constitution, and make you afraid of them. Basically weaponzing themselves to be so powerful no one will touch them.

Or hear me out you have a president who's Democrat with a VP who's Republican or visa versa. And then that way it's not divided that much and the two can work together and give each other perspectives from both sides. And no matter who wins there would always be a repsentive of your ideals in house.

It's not a hard concept but the government don't want that for whatever reason. So they just keep this game going of heated elections every year. I am sure they have a smart reason to keep people so focused on it rather than the government it's self.

@SolitarySolace Nah, the crazy ones who do that in the first place don't really have the mental stability to think that much.
People who do such acts aren't thinking that smart about it, and it's also not common. I know recently things have happened but that's a recent bias. It's not a typical thing for people to do anyway.

And with elections been less heated if this happened. I would be imagine there would be less retortic media.

I am sure most people would be more happy, and would lessen the idea of if one party wins its going to be the end of the world. When we all know it ain't but that's how they act now. With this I am sure that idea would become more absurd.

There is more reason to act out if they think every election is the end of the world compared to making elections mundane. Which is my proposition.

My reasoning is based on a lack of faith in people if anything. But even if you don't agree with my solution, I hope you at least can see and agree that the way it's been run right now ain't working.

No, but that's sort of what's happened. In truth, the US needs to have like 6 political parties, at least. Right now we have 2 in name, but only 1 in practice. The American Globalist, Corporatist, war hawk Uniparty is EXTREMELY REAL and they don't even try to hide themselves anymore.

I don't care if you're the most diehard, anti-conspiracy theory person on the planet, there's just too much evidence that "the deep state" is real.

Which is interesting because it is supposed to be lands of freedom, so we should have seen diversity, a wide range of politically diverse opinions represented. But it did not happen. Or at least not yet.

@Maybe_Maybe_not It happened in the 1800s, but that diversity of thought got rolled back after WW1 and 2. It was caused by three things: the classification of corporations as people for the purposes of speech, involvement in foreign affairs, and the military industrial complex that Truman told about in his famous speech.
