at a time when English heritage is being labeled white supremacy I think it's crucial to reincorporate some of the indigenous aspects of traditional culture back into day to day life

The ANGLO SAXON alphabet was derived from the Latin / Greek alphabet, but adapted to make it easier to scratch letters onto stone or wood, which I think is really cool

I've always been somewhat of a language reformer. Since I've been teaching ESL very part time for the last few years I've become more and more of a reformer. So many things in English make no damn sense at all. But good luck getting any real changed past the elitist in their ivory towers at Oxford and Harvard.

As for the alphabet, I would not be against some new letters. I would also not be against getting rid of some. But again, good luck getting it past the elitists who hold onto tradition with a form grip.
