I think the answer is no' because the changes he wants to make require agreement of both parties and we will never get that, with Democrats fighting any changes, tooth and nail, as has been the case forever. Harris want to restore the 'filibuster', and will further stall any agreement

If that scenario happens, he will be impeached in three minutes. History has shown us that there doesn’t have to be a reason for impeachment, but just votes. This is why I despise Republicans. Republicans want to take the high road, and the Democrats bring brass knuckles to the fight.
