If Trump is a misogynist, why did he name a woman as his White House Chief of Staff?

Question

President-Elect Donald Trump has named Susie Wiles as his White House Chief of Staff, the first woman to hold that post. Note that Chief of Staff is the most powerful person in the White House, except for the President. Is this something a misogynist would do?

I first met my husband in the church hall after mass. I was 15 and never had any intrest in boys or sex until that moment, he was so tall and handsome and charming and I was tongue tied and over excited, my underwear was instantly wet from just shaking his hand. I'm telling you nothing new, the only way to climb the ladder in politics is to think strategically, Trump is not in his position because of luck or random dices. However he's not exactly secretive, when it comes to opinions. Tell me what would you think of one of your buddy when he's stating: “When you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything.”  — Donald Trump It may be one of your buddy, or mine, but we both understand the implications, the philosophy being sported, when a buddy says that. We may take it lightly, play the college humor card, but... Deep inside, as we grow older, we know who people are, how they look at the world and people,  it gradually becomes obvious, right?

I think it's needless to say the media has shaped most of the negative opinions about the orange man.

Is the guy perfect? No. Does he have issues that could be off putting to some? Sure. Was he the best choice in this election to help our country and its citizens? ABSOLUTLEY 110%

But for people to believe these ridiculous lies about the man that can be easily disproven through simple searches, finding videos of his full quotes and thoughts, observing his actions and just utilizing common sense and deductive reasoning it is times mind boggling but goes to show how deep propaganda can cut overriding people's logic or thinking for themselves with their own misguided emotions.
