I saw a video 2 months ago, some guy in Oregon called the police on a neighbor woman that was walking the streets completely naked. The police came, he registered his complaint and they told him, there's nothing they can do about it because it's legal to walk naked in public in Oregon! Best he could do was to not look at her.

Unless your HOA bylaws forbid it, they aren't doing anything illegal so you can't do anything to stop them. Instead, find a way to either:

• Accept the fact that they're going to do that and find some way to divert the eyes of those you don't want looking, or

Used to do property maintenance and management. If the hedge is high enough there's nothing off limits as long as it's not visible from the passersby.
