I remember a girl who grew up in a very rich family was criticizing Britney Spears for her song about being unhappy despite being very good looking. She said Britney had no right to complain because she was rich.

If you follow the news you know money does not solve all your problems.

There are billionaires who die of cancer.

There are millionaire wives who die of homicide by their rich husbands.

There are celebrities who develop anorexia due to pressure to lose weight.

There are people who become alcoholics because they lack self control, Matthew Perry is an example of that.

There are millionaires who die of heroin overdose because drug dealers target them at school knowing they can make lots of drug dollars if they get the rich kids addicted to drugs.

There are stories of famous people who die of domestic violence when they try to dump their boyfriends or husbands to marry other rich people.

I'm an introvert and in about the 95th income percentile, and I say financial life. I'm not rich by any definition, but I don't have to worry about money or retirement. I see people who have amazing and robust social lives and that seems nice. But I choose to spend my time differently. I also see people who end up with drama because folks cheat, seek drama, etc. I think this question is very personality dependent.

I'd say that depends on how social you are. I keep my circle small. So having a bustling social life is not a big concern of mine.
