President Biden should  not  grant a pardon towards his son Hunter Biden since he was  found guilty  and him being the President’s son would be an embarrassment / disgrace to the Executive Branch Office of POTUS to let his son get away with crimes just for being the President’s son. Period. Now on the same side of the same one sided coin, President Biden should  not  grant a pardon towards President Trump since he was  found guilty  and him being a President doesn’t put a stop on justice. It would be an embarrassment / disgrace to the Executive Branch Office of POTUS to allow a Law & Order Candidate to get away with breaking crimes. Period.  I had these ideas & beliefs before the election and I hold them after the election. NO ONE is above the law. The President’s son & the President.

Not a question of if he should he but will he. We know Bill Clinton pardoned his white water buddies, Clinton donners and his brother. It wasn't right then and it's not right now. Hunter committed some serious crimes that they've tried to brush under the rug.

tax evasion? He paid his taxes I hear, but don't knwo the details. thats a big deal... because of our corrupt govt.

Joe needs to pardon his son. If he doesn't and he ends up in prison Trumps DOJ might offer him a deal if he flips on his father and gives him up about all the bribes and kickbacks from foreign countries.

Wasn't the only reason he is in legal hot water was due to firearm possession charges?

If so, then he should be pardoned. As much as I am not a fan of Hunter, that charge is as big of a middle finger to the second amendment as it would be if anyone else got this charge.

They are going to have to convict him pretty quickly to pardon him.  He will probably be sentenced a week after trial instead of the normal 2 months.
