yes to some extent I agree. Noone should drive without an adult supervisor in the car until age 21.. unless they pass a rigorous test of some sort. what we have, is total BS.

The insurance rates for young people nearly makes it impossible to drive anyways, might as well make it law.

I'm training a teen and I've seen young drivers... can tell you... they are legit dangerous. With a lot of training can be fine by 18, but most don't get it.

It's a mistake to turn kids loose on the roads at 17... some parents unfortunately, pay the price by losing their child.

Probably yes. I was driving in the high-school parking lot last night scared for my life of those kid drivers lol many of them aren't mature enough yet to drive
