Very very low, you don't have to worry about it. Was all fear mongering to try and get you to vote against your own interests. If he wanted to be a dictator he could have done way more to do so the first time around such as "Due to the pandemic I declare that it is to unsafe to do an election, the election shall now be postponed until after the pandemic". And then keep making up similar excuses, he didn't so you already know what to expect. He had legitimate grievances in 2020 with the election result so he took the proper legal means to pursue a remedy. This was not granted so he left peacefully.
