Abortion. I think both sides have a lot of common ground, but they don't want to admit it. I don't think women are going around trying to get pregnant and then aborting the kid because it's fun. From what I've seen and heard, it's almost always health-based. People that are against Abortion, from what I've heard, always concede that it should be allowed if there are health complications resulting from the pregnancy. I'm not an expert or anything, but I feel like there can be constructive conversations about this instead of strictly political ones. But I will also leave that to people that know a lot more than me. I just think it's really sad how people are completely intolerant on both sides.

My stance is that abortion should be allowed. I don't morally agree that the woman should decide to abortion against the man's wishes when there are no health risks associated with the pregnancy, but women should be allowed to choose that. Men are allowed to choose women that won't decide not do that as well.

I think most good people ultimately want the same thing. A nice stable life with oppertunity to be themselves. We just disagree on how to get there and maintain it.
I dont disagree with your take on abortion, my problem is that you have psychos on the right who use religion to legislate against women and take their rights to abortion away in any circumstances (see Texas) and women are dying from it.
With a topic like abortion, people have an opinion and have no idea why.
It really affects such a small portion of the population, it's a distraction from things that really matter
