Obviously, different people have different political beliefs. It has always been that way. Even America's founding fathers differed. But would you agree that "good" people have political beliefs that largely resemble yours?

I am a fairly conservative dude and am settled in my beliefs. However, I understand that my beliefs are based on certain assumptions about human behavior and preservation of our species, and I accept the fact that reasonable people could reject my assumptions and adopt polar opposite political beliefs. That does not make them bad people.

From 2015-2017, I dated a woman who was rather liberal in her political beliefs. I loved her and would have married her if she had felt the same way about me. . . but she didn't. I broke up with her but it was not related to her political beliefs.
