Based on recent police interactions in america even something as small as a pullover has most non white citizens afraid, because it usually could mean their last day alive if the police in that moment even gets the slightest feeling that it looked like you were reaching for or even posses a weapon.
So in practice without proper research and proper handling of the situations. The ICE agents could be just like this, during the deportations raiding homes, businesses. Seems like if your not white you could be deported in trump's america even if you were born here because, in practice they are likely not going to be doing much research on the people they arrest for deportation.
