At least not an instant and absolute one. The fall of the Roman Empire and the current state of the Western societies certainly do seem like glitches, if not partial crashes. The recent US elections might have been an attempt at recovery.

Yes, and there will be another recovery. Of course, that's assuming we do live in a simulation, and I never explicitly stated this. What I mean is that we can never be sure. Not until we die, at least.

Yep I believe there's a god too, I just don't believe our programming is computer based, it's biological and genetic, I believe our programming is far more complicated than coding that's used for computers and it's why I don't believe in glitches but if you believe in God then technically what we live in is a form of simulation, just not an electronic form and I believe our free will is real, God programmed our mentality and we evolve and learn which effects our decisons, i dont believe god is like "I will make you do this and that"

I believe it's more like "I will give you this much stubborness, give you the ability to think, learn, ignore, avoid, etc and you make your life with that"

Well, looks like we're in perfect alignment. Though since God Almighty is, well, almighty, He might have as well written this "simulation" in some programming language only He would be able to comprehend. I mean... We're witnessing the dawn of quantum computers programming, who is to say it can't get much more complex than that? Now, of course, I don't really believe that. I want to believe what I feel in real and not just some in-game textures. 🙂
