Where's the CONVICTION? Oh, there isn't one? Then stop lying.

No conviction doesn't mean he isn't a child molester. I agree that they shouldn't be saying that without proof evidence, but just because the charges were dropped doesn't mean he isn't. There's still a slight chance there. You can have a good lawyer/defense team that will get you off. I'll use OJ Simpson as an example. Just because he was found "Not Guilty" doesn't mean he didn't do it. If I murdered someone I'm still a murderer, regardless of whether I was found guilty or not.
So again, just because he wasn't convicted doesn't mean he didn't do it. There wasn't enough evidence to suggest beyond a reasonable doubt that he did it, but there is also no evidence to suggest beyond a reasonable doubt that he DIDN'T do it. He still could've done it and simply gotten away with it. But I do agree that they shouldn't be saying that without evidence. It's more speculation and rumors than lying. But if they knew beyond a reasonable doubt that he didn't do it and were still saying, then it would be "lying."
If you're presumed innocent, why would you be arrested and charged? I know they say this "Innocent until proven guilty", but really it's the other way around, because why would they arrest someone that's presumed innocent. They arrest people they think might be guilty. When you're going into that courtroom, you're not trying to prove your innocence, you're trying to disprove your guilt.
I understand what you're saying and I don't necessarily disagree, it's just the wording I don't agree with and the "innocent until proven guilty." In reality it's, "guilty unless proven innocent."
Nevermind
Greenberg did everything he could to lessen his sentence and he could be lying.

But an unnamed source that was close to the investigation told ABC news that he was running a sex slave ring out of his apartment.
So we know that Trump is a criminal. There's a conviction, actually 34. Gaetz aslo hasn't actually gone to trial over it yet, so it's hard to convict someone when they haven't gone to trial. I went to college with a guy who raped two kids he babysat. He wasn't convicted by the time he attended the first term. So if we hold to your logic, he wasn't a rapist at that time, despite the fact that he'd already raped those kids.
From a friend:
A local prosecutor magically turned a single state misdemeanor into 34 federal felonies in a state court in front of a judge with direct ties with the Biden administration, and whom also instructed the jury that they could still find the Defendant guilty even if they couldn't "find" or "identify" the crime. Stop gaslighting people with your disingenuous dangerous socialism bullshit and stop deliberately spreading disinformation.
Leftists think allegations are proven facts as long as the allegations benefit their shrieking craziness.
In fairness using child abuse is the republican fallback for any political member they can't find real dirt on. So they are just returning favor.
Garcia running for congress just did it to his running mate, not sure who it was out there. White- something? But people were sick of his twisted ads. Child abuse by association. Crazy
So it isn't okay if Garcia did it this past election either?
I don't think either side should.
They always accuse others of what they themselves are doing.
Oh so if trump is convicted it's bullshit. Gaetz got caught paying underage hookers on venmo but you need a conviction to believe it. Classic
We all know the Trump trials are bullshit and Jack Smith has dropped all of his shit already. If he had a solid case he would not have let that go.
And no he did not get caught, he was not proving guilty in a fair trial or even any trial. These are allegations and you are engaging in libel.
From a buddy but this applies to the situation perfectly:

Nope. Allegation haven't been dismissed by a court either.
He's as much a felon as Trump.
