Maybe he is lying, maybe he isn't. The real question is does it matter? If he is lying about a new girl moving in with him, then cut him off because he's not someone who can be honest with you. If he isn't lying, then cut him off because you already don't trust him to be honest with you. The only difference is the first one is his fault and the second one is your fault. And finally, if he is your ex-boyfriend... Why do you care? You're already not dating him, look toward the future and find somebody new
