I would first of all be amazed, and then be angry. Amazed that he actually did something, which is not characteristic of Donald Trump and angry because USA really does not have a right to tell the Ukrainians what to do.

Lets be completely clear on this. Ukraine is currently fighting because they want to fight. There is a desire to protect their homeland from an outside invader. If America comes in and ends the fighting, even if its on terms that is favorable to Ukraine, then that is still trampling on their right to decide their own fate. It would be America telling Ukraine what to do and spit on all their determination and hard work so far.

I, for one, believe Ukraine has earned more respect than that.
