Don't you need a high school degree to even fully comprehend the daily news paper for china and japan. That's some elitist gate keeping bullshit and overall detrimental to society.

My fundamental philosophy is that we are only as strong as our weakest defense. So we want everyone to the highest standards as base default to achieve the highest goals. Basically, I would like preschool children able to read a newspaper maybe not fully comprehended, but the words in that order make sense.

More genetic as it is the cold Asians who are smartest. Warm Asians are not as smart as cold Asians.

I believe so. I believe the Jewish habit of writing right to left is good for the brain. The smartest guy I met at U of T got 98% in a foreign languages class that he took in first year college. It was a dead language that nobody spoke in daily life so he did not cheat by being born into that culture.
