I dont think east Asian is correct, even if it is said that hispanic is very lazy but they are happy.

They have many reason that is excuse and dont know the structure

Would make sense. My teacher used to say "Muscle and intelligence usually doesn't come in same package". Asians on average are physically smallest people so it would make sense they are more intelligent on average.
