In terms of how friendly it's people are, what's the most underrate country?

I would say France. They get such a bad rep, but if you go outside of Paris, they really aren't as bad as people say. And when I see them abroad they're always so polite and well mannered. And at least they aren't fake. They're byfar the friendliest Europeans I've met, and they may even be the friendliest people in the world.

I saw an episode of The Amazing Race where a team backed their car into a ditch, and a local ran over and said he'll get his neighbor who has a tractor, and they got them out within minutes and didn't even ask for money. And in Malta they would walk into my shot when I was taking a picture, and say, "excuse me.". And in Venice, my mom offered a French lady her seat so she could sit with her husband and she said, "No, it's okay. It's okay. And another time, a French girl switched seats in the plane, so me and my mom could sit together. Also, my crush and best friend is French and she doesn't scold me over petty stuff like American girls.

And even French-Canadians. Even when I left them bad or average reviews online, they responded so politely. And they were also so polite and patient

I forgot to mention, France also treats tourists better than other European countries
