Why doesn't government execute these monster gangbangers?

Look at this El Salvador documentaries. These criminals are monsters and killed hundreds of people, every one of them. They say they will keep them all in a terrible jail like this for life. What is the point? These monsters will never be useful to society. Why not execute?

They probably don't want to turn these gang bangers into another sort of problem by just killing them. I gotta admit... they're fixing a problem.

These bangers didn't pay taxes, so you know why... why the government has beef with them.

I recognize the taggings on their skin. XV3 took over every street gang in my hood... basically took them all and made it a huge unit. I wasn't living in El Salvador... I was living with Mexicans that can't speak Spanish in Los Angeles.

Hey... if Kamala got elected... I'd probably be moving to El Salvador. Doing big things. Would have to learn Spanish since I only speak Japanese and English.
