they are not.
nor do I care as it is normal to demonize men by textbooks, media, feminists and courts.
The drum of equality has been beaten on men’s heads since childhood and men get confused in their young adult days about why there is inequality, then they grow up until they reach this emotional maturity that – oh so they want equality without any consequences.
Suppose someone is hurt by a thief, then instead of bringing security for all citizens, they look at the gender, religion, nationality and skin colour of the victim and the criminal and paint it in a completely different picture.
They will make some harsh laws criminalizing only one group and consider the other group innocent by default. this happens when a man and woman are involved.
This way it is easy to convince the outraged public that the law is still working, but the situation remains the same. However, now innocent people are also getting hurt by justice brokers and courts and those who misuse it.
Men do nothing against the politicians who do this because they are weak.
The politicization of victims by politicians garners public sympathy by playing the extreme victim card, which increases their chances of winning the elections, due to which later government agencies provide facilities to only one party and the other party is left with only taxes to pay.
I believe men need love, support, appreciation and more services to channel their mental health, emotional problems, and physical health struggles in a healthy uplifting kind warm welcoming way just like I do about women.
I don’t care about “rights”, I care about in this scenario admitting we are human beings with mortal problems and it should be normalized that we aren’t perfect, it is okay to cry, it isn’t unmanly or unladylike to admit then course correct to be the best you, that you can become. That once you go into it, you’ll be stronger going out.
The fact is successful suicide is higher in men than women, drinking & addiction problems plague men substantially more than women, and we are at a crossroads where it is paramount to uplift men…. If we don’t we’ll continue to lose the men that mean a lot in our lives.

God Bless The Strong Men & The Strong Women Coming Forward Wanting To Bring A Better Day. Thank you!
You are worthy of love, have a nice day.
I think guys are treated kind of unfairly tbh, like bad assumptions about intentions and things like that, I think there is good and bad about every person and both sexes and I think we need both and should respect and appreciate both. JMO #InternationalMensDay
Men have plenty of rights, the only limits they have on their freedoms are the ones people give themselves, not any form of government taking them away
Considering the decision to reverse federal abortion rights in the US, no. We can’t.
I either wrote that statement poorly, or you didn’t read it correctly. I was very much talking about legal rights.
Guess you wrote the statement poorly. You didn't specify what rights you were talking about. You just said "Men have plenty of rights, the only limits they have on their freedoms are the ones people give themselves, not any form of government taking them away". I guess that covers abortion rights too, by your statement.
Yes, it does. Men have had no legal rights removed that are not agreed to be universally illegal, i. e. stealing, murder, and rape.
No, because women are losing legal rights therefore there are things they cannot do legally. I already answered this question
The right to terminate a pregnancy, and certain forms of birth control depending on the state
For the same reason it’s illegal to crinkle a condom wrapper to make it sound like it’s on but it’s not before a man puts it in. Not all women want to be pregnant, and not all women choose to be, and pregnancy is not an experience a woman should have to suffer through if she would rather kill the infant after it’s born anyway.
I’m not changing my mind just bc you don’t like my opinion

Well, the only lacking area is this.
You get married. One day you come home and find your wife F-ing some other guy. You divorce her of course. Does the infidelity, which broke the marriage vow, apply in the divorce? Usually no. Often the courts still award her 50% of everything, give her full custody of the kids, if there are kids and she often gets alimony. You have to PAY the whore who destroyed the marriage. You have to go to work and stress and toil for 40/50 hours a week, Spend hours commuting to the job to pay some other full grown adult to exist for betraying you and destroying the union.
If you get a DNA test and prove the kids aren't yours, sometimes a guy who is not the biological father has to pay for the kids. She can lie, betray, commit paternity fraud and when it comes to family law and divorce courts... often the guy is just Fucked no matter what.
Whoever commits adultery, they should get penalized for it in the divorce. No one should ever have to pay alimony to a cheater.
when it comes to family court, criminal court or just general treatment in society based on gender alone? nope
women can routinely opt out of motherhood via abortion. men can't opt out of fatherhood and must pay child support even for kids that aren't theirs. so much for "reproductive rights"
women receive lifetime alimony and child support and child custody far more than men
male victims of rape and domestic violence are never taken seriously
false rape accusations aren't even a crime even if they destroy a man's life
female teachers get a slap on the wrist if they sleep with male students. male teachers who even get suspected of sleeping with a female teacher are guilty in the court of public opinion
homeless shelters for men hardly exist despite homeless men outnumbering homeless women and feminists often advocate for these shelters to be shut down
workplace fatalities, suicide rates, military casualties, education and economic opportunities for men are all shoved aside to the backburner in favor of combating mansplaining
and when it comes to the military draft "my body my choice" doesn't exist and men must be cannon fodder to die for their country
This is actually all very true. Might wanna pay attention. @Hispanic-Cool-Guy
Males are generally treated unfairly in the West today. Men's issues are not taken seriously. They get no attention because society doesn't care about men.
More than 80% of suicides are males, and society does nothing to address it, because it doesn't care about males. If it were females committing suicide at 4 times he rate of males, billions of dollars would already have been spent trying to address the underlying causes.
Men get treated very unfairly by the legal system, especially when it comes to divorce and child custody.
Fathers are seen as optional and unnecessary, despite all the evidence that children raised without a father are harmed in countless ways.
Men have no rights in parenting and reproduction. In most states women can choose to opt out of parenthood by having an abortion. Men have no such right. In fact, men don't even have the right to know they have a child in the world.
Our education system is rigged against boys. It is set up to meet the needs of girls but not boys, and boys who struggle in school are branded as trouble makers, something that typically affects them for the rest of their lives.
Are we talking about the official legislation or about some specific communities? The official legislation is supposed to ensure equal rights for men and women (and the feminists still want "more equality" - how they want to achieve more than absolute equality is beyond me). However, realistically the only rights men have in most Western societies these days are the right to stay silent and the right to vote (the latter kind of contradicting the former around every four years). However, in conservative communities, men retain all the rights they will ever need, while also not infringing on any reasonable rights of women. On the other hand, within feminist communities, the only right the men retain is the right to die swiftly and quietly at this point.
I think every man is different there are leaders and there are followers there are doers and there are what are you going to do for me
So I look at it like this you are who you choose to be
And with that there becomes cause and effect.
It's a choice on who you want to be in this world
To be honest 100% honest LOL I didn't know men didn't have rights I didn't know that they were being treated bad
I'm a man and I know nothing about the question. ..
So I would have to say if your guy and you don't believe that you're being treated right then change it do something about it change yourself acknowledge maybe there's a reason behind it because there's a reason for everything you have to be able to look at yourself and either acknowledge it accept it or change it .
But like I said I didn't know men were having a problem
never heard of a court that treated men fair when a woman was involved. Divorce court is a prime example of men's rights being denied even when there's evidence supporting the man. How many men have been labeled unfairly because a woman wanted to be cruel or thought it would be fun to destroy his reputation? Men are still being mistreated.
Lol, do you know how many court cases favored men over women in the 20th century?💀 its a lot more than how many cases were discriminatory of men. Im not saying men havnt been mistreated in court cases, but to consider them the main victim over women is irrational and not true
@msc545 do you have a thick head? This is not simping buddy, this is the truth. Both men and women have been discriminated in court cases. Check “reed v. reed” “united states v. virginia” or “roe v. wade” which i literally found easily by looking it up. There are literal cases that show how women have been discriminated through law. Same goes for men too, mainly in cases of divorce court.
There IS data, and there IS proof through these cases😂
@msc545 each case shows a law that is discriminatory, meaning these laws have been around before the case happened.
These are just examples, and there are more.
But i find it pointless to argue with someone who is too stubborn to see evidence and facts brought up to their very own eyes😂
So if you can't find any actual evidence against my argument, then i say im done here. Im not gonna waste my time any longer💀
@lil_will_12 So there have been discriminatory laws in the past - so what?
I assume these all were selected because they supposedly discriminated against women? Did you also bother to find the ones still in effect that discriminate against men now? - like the Selective Service laws?
Anyway, this is really not only about specific laws. It is more about the decisions made by family law court Judges. Family law courts are Courts of equity, not law, and therefore Judges try to be "fair" which most often means that they find heavily and often against men.
The only remedy for an unfair judgment is most often an appeal which means $$$$ in attorney fees, and usually unlikely to succeed.
Try to learn about this stuff before you do something stupid like getting married when you are older - so you don't find out the hard way, child.
@lil_will_12 ok - apologies. Let's make a "no-snark" agreement, ok?
How would you tell the difference between the "wrong" women and the "right" women? Remember that you cannot rely on the legal system in the US to fix the mistakes you might make or the trouble you will have if you marry or have a child with the "wrong woman". A lot of guys think they have married the "right" woman and only find out later she was the wrong" woman when she takes all of their money and property and children in a divorce court. Women file for divorce 80% of the time within 5 years of getting married. Don't you think those are sort of bad odds for men?
So how will you tell the difference ahead of time?
@msc545 in my opinion, i would want to get to know them well before marrying. There are a lot of people in the world who marry stupidly, based on looks or money. Get to know who they are and how they act. Thats the reason for dating, in my opinion, is to find out more about someone to know if they are right for you🤷♂️
But yes, i will agree that there are times when its hard to tell who they really are or what they may do in the future. But *in general*, i think if you take the process slowly and smartly, you won't marry someone who would backstab you later on
@lil_will_12 You are not wrong in the method (s) you described, but these are often things that other men who have been victims of bad divorces say. These methods are not foolproof and it is unfortunately fairly easy to be deceived, especially by women who have one of the DSM V Cluster B Personality disorders, most especially the Borderline and Histrionic types. You may want to google these and familiarize yourself with them. You have probably already had trouble with women that fit these descriptions.
Additionally, there is good research evidence that the earlier the menstruation in women, the more likely infidelity is later on. Infidelity is the leading cause of divorce in the US according to many researchers. If you can have only one piece of information to make a decision about whether to be involved with a particular woman, this might be the thing to know. Not guaranteed, but better than nothing.
@msc545 interesting.. thank you for this, i think i may look into it when i have time
The thing is, im still in school, so marrying the “right woman” is not exactly a priority now/yet💀 and while i know the world and people are usually not very good, i still hold onto hope of good people in general. I dont like to have too much of a negative attitude, even if reality may be gray🤷♂️ (and im not trying to deny or ignore disturbing truths, but rather still keep an open mind and good attitude toward the future)
@lil_will_12 I understand that having a positive attitude is important to you, and especially at this time in your life it is very advantageous, but try to also keep your eyes open, and make use of your good analytic skills as well. Even dating the "wrong" woman can have serious repercussions, unfortunately.
What college and career aspirations do you have?
Nobody has Rights!..
Rights are a Joke unless people Have power to Back their Rights!.
Rights are like a Toy Laptop that we Give to Toddlers 😂 so they Stop trying to type on our Real Laptops.
We Live in Nations where Government and constitution has Power, People Don't.. You can Get Justice, But your cannot stop Yourself from being Violated..
Power is what Makes you Resistant to being Violated.. Rights are that "Toy Laptop" that Government Handed to People so People Don't Seek Power "Real Laptop" ..
Not to be Anarchist, But it's the truth.. and It's not Wrong, Power in Hands of Everyone will Always Lead to Chaos, in a society seeking Order Rights is the only way to go!..
But to say you have rights , is a Joke. You will still be violated, even though you can find Justice later!..
Don't Focus on your Rights, FOCUS ON💪🤛🤜 YOUR RIGHTS & LEFTS..
Absolutely mind boggling to me at how many men are using today to play the victim card and still manage to blame women for their problems💀
y'all, im not gonna deny that there are some things that men are not treated well in. But to use today to act as if you are the oppressed and worst treated gender is kind of insane💀
I see little to no problem with mens rights. Their issues does not come from institutions telling them they can't have something, rather it is more cultural problems. Things like loneliness or bottled up emotions that they can't open up with. It is their upbringing that did not give them the tools and the roles they are expected to hold in society that is holding them back.
Men are definitely struggling these days. We are living in times where a certain group of woman are becoming more and more delusional. Their expectations are very rude and they are destroying the traditional ways how men look and think about woman in general. I hear a lot of guys that rather stay single then having to deal with the toxic woman that seem to multiply by the day
i think men have too little rights when it comes to their own offspring. like if she decides to aborts his baby, he can't do shit. his baby is gonna be murdered. but if he doesn't wanna keep the baby but she does, she's gonna keep it and then he has to pay for it. that's really an outrageous unfairness that feminism is so inclined to just ignore.
Rights are sufficient as is more or less but we could do better with providing opportunities for male connection and emotional support.
I would say men are well and truly over being continually vilified in society. There is a matter of equal treatment in law but also in societal attitude. It can't be pretended that there is either.
They are being treated unfairly. And the sickest part is that nobody cares enough to do anything about it, and if they do yry to do something about it, society tries anything and everything to cancel or silence them.
I've been treated unfairly all my life so I'm used to it. People never understand the importance of getting exactly what I want at exactly the time I want it. Women, pharmacists,. no one seems to take into account the special treatment I need.
We just need better role models. desperately. men who show us a better way to act and emulate over the Andrew Tates of the world.
They have the rights they've always had except not the right to abuse and control women without consequences.
I've yet to see a case, personally, where I have been treated unfairly because of my gender.
By default, I can't say more than what I already said unless you specify?
Well, I've never been assaulted by a girl so... Okay I've heard yelling in rare occasions yes, but I can't really call that an assault lol
Assault is the act in which one feels like they're going to be physically attacked which is called battery. Hence assault and battery. So if the @Maybe_Maybe_not yelling is accompanied by someone rushing you with their fists up that is assault. If he hits you that is battery. Common mistake that I can't tell if you understand. If the yelling is aggressive with a threat attached to it that is assault. Just in case you didn't know.
I don't know, it's not the world I live in you both describe so... I don't have any reference point here
@Friendlybro79
Okay, thanks for pointing out, then I have not been assaulted under these terms, as I have not felt threatened physically
@Maybe_Maybe_not No problem. I sound smart but I just learned this myself a week ago lol
I'm a man and I don't feel like I'm treated unfairly but one would have to understand your definition of fair. I have rights and I understand them.
phew thank you. good to know. most everyone else started crying and griping all over, smh
@DreamCrescent yeah well too many need excuses to be a victim of circumstances so that they can just throw their hands in their air and say... poor me there's nothing I can do about it.
@Friendlybro79 I’m you’re out there. Respect 🫡
Supposed to say “I’m glad you’re out there.”. Dunno what happened
@DreamCrescent The dreaded auto correct!!! Although should it be called auto-incorrect? Ha. And thank you for the comment. There's more than me out there trust me. I would love to feel that special but that's not true haha. Which makes me want to write in the movie trailer voice
In a world, where one man, actually doesn't feel like a victim...
Men aren’t treated fairly. Men apparently have no rights to their own child for example.
They do too. If a woman is completely unfit the male will get custody.
Yet men don't get a say in whether he becomes a father or not. He doesn't get to decide if the woman gets an abortion or not. he's the one who has to pay her the fucking child support and she jsut gets to freeload off it.
Us men (in the US at least) are being treated unfairly, just visit any family court and you'll find all the evidence you need.
Mah rights, my rights, my rights? Wow I must be right 👍🏻▶️
We black men are loathed by even black women, so we must negotiate a dumb, bigoted, ugly and hostile world.
I think they have one too much rights wihch is free speech because so many of them so much bullshit.
For the most part, I think men are fine, but fathers are definitely treated unfairly and it's disgusting.
We are being abused and enslaved and treated unfairly under capitalism.
*We are All being abused Women & Men
No, men don't need more rights.
And women do? 🤣
There has been a complete breakdown in the dynamics between men and women. "Traditional gender roles" weren't perfect but it created a proper understanding of what both needed. I don't think that either men or women lack rights, but rather direction and purpose.
Men doesn't have the rights due how women treat us men.
Men are treated very unfairly in the USA.
I don't think courts treat them fairly
Life is unfortunately not fair for anyone
Tell me about it.
Simple answer. A majority of men get treated like garbage. But we’re used to it so we just keep marching on.
I think all these special days are nonsense!
MENS RIGHTS!! *pumps fist in air*
NO LONGER TO BE IGNORED *pumps fist in air*
We have no rights just more pressure
We are definitely being treated unfairly
No idea, I'm ok.
I think men have sufficient rights.
Men create laws and laws are fair.
That still doesn't mean there aren't an abundance of men that would rather fck over another man any chance they could. (Divorce proceedings and child support) for example
@WhiteBoyChill: Its case by case thing. Men only pay child support if they make enough money and the woman doesn't and needs help financially.
If a man has a kid then he should at least help the mother financially.
There’s still a bunch of black men in prison tho that pay child support
We have a day?
I’m not sure
Depends on the place
Life is not fair.
