With two months of Biden government they suddenly agreed to Ukraine sending long range missiles into Russia raising spectre of nuclear war.

Obviously Biden can't see out this war

So why is he sticking his neck out

And risking a third world war

Dude. USA is a military super power. It has spent 93% of its time as a nation under at least 1 war. Asking if USA is an aggressive warmongering country is like asking if water is wet.

Also, I do not recommend appeasement strategies either. Every time we have tried appeasement strategies, such as trying to appease Hitler to avoid a world war 2, it has failed. If you are trying to appease Putin to avoid a world war 3 then that is historically the best way to actually stumble into one, just saying.

Seems to me like he (Biden. Might be Harris's idea though) is attempting to get Russia to thrust the US into the war alongside Ukraine before Trump is inaugerated as President. Making Trump a wartime president. That way they (the democrats) can attack Trump like they always have and call him a war criminal.

Assisting Ukraine is this dangerous decision
Trump probably will end the war with favorable terms for Putin

I get the impression they are trying to give Ukraine more permissions so there’s some buffer between starting to roll back support and full on withdrawal of support when Trump gets into office.


It also strengthens Trump’s negotiating position if Ukraine can legit hurt Russia so I’m not totally against this strategy right now as it likely benefits Ukrainians.

They already had those missles. They just weren’t allowed to strike inside Russia with them.
