Trending & News We have over 7 million reported Covid19 deaths which does not include anyone that died without being positively identified with covid19. The upper estimate for how many people have actually died is around 35 million.
That makes Covid19 the 5th deadliest pandemic in recorded human history. Personally I dont think there is a hype that is big enough to overhype that single fact.
Would you say obesity is under hyped?
First of all that is a condition, not a disease, secondly considering the amount of "zero sugar" and whatnot you can find commonly in our society its a fact that we have taken obesity much more seriously than covid19. Call me back once you find food with included covid19 vaccines or whatever and we can talk.
It killed faster then our modern wars. Seeing how hurricane or earthquakes with high death rates is only 500,000. Can we only comprehend dangerous situations with property damage?
Biggest corporate cash grab since the bank bailout and economic crash

I knew personally 7 people who died from it as well as numerous more hospitalized and recovered mostly. It wasn't a "scamdemic" or Faucci or whatever Qanon conspiracy du jour is. Its real. It happened.
@DrPepper12 that’s the litmus test, isn’t it? If you know someone COVID confirmed that passed away, it wasn’t, but if it you weren’t personally affected you don’t even believe it exists, selfish assholes…
@RedInnocent69 yeah. That sums it up!
Absolutely so.
There's nothing wrong with taking some kind of crisis for serious.
But to act as if the world's end had come was a little over the top.
Nope not over hyped, the vaccines took time to come around 2021 and Covid came around late 2019 wasn't it. Anyways. No quotes
definitely. People didn't even make such a huge fuss over ebola
Duh. More people died from overdosing and suicide as result of how they handle the whole situation
Yes, very much so.
No, I don't think so.
Of course it was.
