I think at this point they are just trying to break a world record of hypocrisy. No let me rephrase that, they are actively trying to increase the distance of their hypocrisy leaderboard towards the second place whoever that is.

  I don’t know. Tesla is world class and has the majority of the EV market. Nissan it seems is on its last legs and won’t be here in 2026 if reports are right.
  
  Starlink is a big leap forward and will really be useful. Falcon 9 has done wonders for our space program which would have been eclipsed by China otherwise. Starship is a massive step forward for all of humanity and is a game changer. If it is indeed the rocket that helps us settle Mars, then it will be talked about for a thousand years. He also invented PayPal and electronic commerce to some degree. It’s a stunning list of accomplishments.

  Depends on whether or not there's a statute of limitations and if the office of POTUS actually counts as time passed since he can't be on trial as POTUS. The SCOTUS only gave immunity for acts as a president. Trump asking for votes that we're there in GA was done as a candidate. So thr presidential immunity doesn't apply.

  I mean... prob... but there's no real law saying a sitting president can't be indicted. Just an amendment about removing a president... which I suspect was written by founders for political reasons
